A clinical research firm is seeking a Site Director for Clinical Operations in the Midwest Region. This role involves managing clinical site activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading Phase I-IV studies. Candidates should have at least 3 years of site monitoring experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science. Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills are essential. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $160,000 to $200,000, remote options available from Chicago, Minneapolis, or Wisconsin.
