Job description
ProPharma Group in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Clinical Lead to oversee investigator site management and monitoring across studies. You will lead clinical monitoring teams, ensure adherence to SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements, and develop training materials for site personnel.
You will mentor junior staff, build strong relationships with site teams, and drive study success through proactive site performance management and cross-functional collaboration.
