Job description
Sanofi is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Director in Cambridge, MA to lead the fitusiran registrational program and manage ongoing global regulatory submissions. The role requires a Medical Doctor with hematology/internal medicine training and 8+ years of experience, plus fluent English.
You will develop and drive clinical development plans, lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as medical lead for study data and safety assessments.
