Job description
Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager overseeing multiple trials or regions, focusing on operational strategy, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership to support Nurix's clinical development.
Responsibilities include developing trial and vendor strategies, leading CRO selection and negotiations, managing budgets, mentoring junior staff, leading audit readiness, and representing Clinical Operations externally.
Requirements: B.S. in biological sciences; 8-10+ years industry experience managing global or multi-region trials; deep knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH, GCP guidelines; proven vendor/CRO relationship management; experience mentoring; strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
