Job description
Role
Senior Clinical Trial Manager overseeing multiple trials or regions, responsible for strategic operational planning, vendor management, and program-level oversight. Primary objectives include shaping protocol and study design, leading vendor/CRO selection and negotiation, managing budgets and financial risk, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring audit readiness.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities extend to representing Clinical Operations externally and internally, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements: S./B.A. in biological sciences with 8-10+ years industry experience, deep knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH, GCP regulations, and proven experience managing global/multi-region trials and vendor relationships at a strategic level.

Preferred skills include mentoring, influencing without authority, organizational excellence, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
