Job description
OpenAI is seeking an experienced Order Management & Billing Lead for Cloud Marketplaces and Partnerships in San Francisco. You will own the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle across AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud, GovCloud, and future channels, ensuring accurate billing and audit-ready controls.
You will lead cross-functional execution, drive launch readiness, and improve processes while partnering across Revenue Systems, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
