Job description
Zendesk is hiring a Services Consultant to own end-to-end technical delivery for customers, from requirements gathering to go-live, ensuring solutions align with business goals. You will lead design workshops, produce Technical Design Documents, and configure AWS services in customer accounts including Connect and Lambda.
Collaboration with Solution Architects and Engagement Managers is essential, along with client training and knowledge transfer.
