Job description
The Senior Club Manager position at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee oversees the year‑round operation of a Legacy Site or two CLC locations in Milwaukee, focusing on programs, service delivery, staff supervision, facilities and budget management, and compliance.
This leadership role requires strong community relations, accurate reporting, staff development, partnerships, and meeting program and revenue targets in alignment with BGCGM policies.
