Job description
ClinLab Solutions Group is seeking an Associate Director/Director, CMC (Late Stage Development, Bioprocess) in Massachusetts. The role provides technical and operational leadership for monoclonal antibody development, focusing on late-stage CMC strategies, process development, and external manufacturing.
You will lead CMC strategy, oversee process development and tech transfer, coordinate with external partners, and ensure PPQ readiness and regulatory alignment across programs.
