Job description
Senior Cnc OperatorsMidwest Precision is seeking experienced Senior Cnc Operators with strong skills in either Cnc Milling or Cnc Lathe Operations. We are looking for dependable, quality-focused machinists who can work independently in a fast-paced precision-manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Cnc mills or lathesRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specificationsSelect and install tooling, fixtures, and workholdingPerform tool changes and machine offsetsInspect finished parts using precision measuring instrumentsVerify parts meet dimensional and quality requirementsIdentify and correct machining or quality issuesComplete required production and inspection documentationMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaSupport and assist less-experienced operators as neededFollow all company safety, quality, and production proceduresPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsSeveral years of Cnc machining experienceAdvanced experience operating Cnc mills or Cnc lathesSetup experience strongly preferredAbility to read blueprints and understand Gd&TExperience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipmentAbility to make offsets, change tooling, and troubleshoot machining issuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality partsReliable attendance and the ability to work independentlyWhy Join Midwest Precision?Competitive pay up to $35.00 per hour
