Job description
laborup is seeking a Senior CNC Programmer to own the manufacture of complex aerospace and defense components. You will manage from customer model review through first article approval and production release, collaborating with engineers and machinists on high-end Hermle 5-axis and NX CAM programming.
Lead tooling decisions, workholding strategies, and floor prove-outs. This role offers a first-shift, full-time pathway with strong growth in a growing, technology-driven environment.
