Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate ourHaas VF-2 Vertical Machining Center
Create and modify toolpaths usingFusion 360 CAM
Complete programming and setup from atechnical drawing or Fusion 360 model
Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and work holding methods
Machine precision components with a high level of accuracy and consistency
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize machining processes
Maintain a clean and organized machining environment
Train and mentor new staff on thesafe and efficient operation of CNC milling machines
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
Minimum 1 year of Fusion 360 CAM experience
Experience operatingHaas CNC milling machines (VF-series preferred)
Ability to program, set up, and run parts independently
Ability to readtechnical drawings and CAD models
Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, speeds, and feeds
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
