Job description
Providence Alaska Medical Center is seeking a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist to support and evaluate staff new to a clinical setting in the first 90 to 180 days. This role works across nurse-patient, nurse-nurse, and nurse-system spheres to foster collaborative care within a specialty and promote nursing practice standards.
The CNS functions as a clinical resource, conducts consultations, and helps assess outcomes for best practice.
