Job description

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in paint and coatings, a chemistry degree, and hands-on experience with acrylics, alkyds, polyurethane, epoxy chemistries, plus testing like adhesion, weathering, and color matching. This role offers a stable, family-owned environment with a 401K plan.
