Job description
GlobalFoundries inc. is seeking an experienced attorney to independently manage the drafting and negotiation of complex sales transactions. The role requires guiding executive and non-executive stakeholders and coordinating across GF teams in a fast-paced environment.
The attorney will lead high-value deals, provide risk-based contract guidance, and draft concise drafts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Travel up to 10% may be required in this dynamic semiconductor environment.
