Job description
Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Sr. Commercial Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking customers. You will expand existing relationships and develop new business by promoting products and services to meet client needs, using a proactive, consultative approach.
You will build strong client partnerships, negotiate loan structures, cross-sell offerings, and maintain well-documented files while staying informed about market trends and industry practices.
