Job description
Tompkins Community Bank is seeking a Commercial Compliance Quality Assurance Manager to strengthen first line compliance oversight for Commercial and Small Business Lending, embedding regulatory requirements into processes and supporting audit readiness.
The role partners with lending, credit administration, operations, legal, risk, and compliance teams to identify, monitor, and remediate compliance risks across the lending lifecycle.
