Integrity is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our team in Dallas, TX. You will draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial agreements, support corporate matters, and help implement CLM systems to scale legal operations.
Ideal candidates have a J.D., active Texas bar admission, and at least 7 years of transactional experience in law firms or in-house settings, with strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
