Job description
Waabi, a leader in Physical AI, seeks a Managing Counsel, Commercial to own the contract portfolio and lead the commercial contracting function. You will draft, negotiate and manage NDAs, vendor and supply chain agreements, and strategic partnerships to enable growth.
You will advise engineering, finance, and business development in plain language, build templates and playbooks, and partner across teams to close deals efficiently as Waabi scales.
