Job description
Ondo Finance is hiring a Senior Counsel, Commercial to partner with business teams and steer complex agreements in a fast-moving fintech and blockchain environment. You will structure and negotiate strategic partnerships, licensing and data agreements while balancing legal risk with commercial goals.
The role requires leading negotiations independently, advising stakeholders on regulatory matters, and building scalable contract processes to accelerate growth.
