Job description
Commonwealth Fusion Systems seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel – Commercial to lead the company’s commercial legal posture. You will build scalable contract workflows, templates, and negotiation playbooks while serving as the dedicated commercial legal lead on complex transactions.
