Job description
Socure’s legal team seeks a Commercial Counsel to shape the company’s commercial function and partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering. You will draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of SaaS and technology contracts while building scalable templates and playbooks.
You will navigate data privacy, licensing, and regulatory risks, and help bring new offerings to market with pragmatic risk mitigation. AI-enabled drafting is expected.
