Decagon AI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel to help shape the legal foundation of our fast-growing AI company. As a key early hire, you will partner with Sales, Security, Product, and Leadership to negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements and streamline contracting operations.
You will build scalable processes, design policies, and serve as a trusted advisor who translates complex legal concepts into practical guidance for internal teams and external counterparties.
