Job description
Relativity Space is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to lead buy‑side commercial transactions and disputes, partnering with product, manufacturing, and legal teams to structure technology development, rocket parts, and capex agreements.
The ideal candidate will hold a JD with bar admission, 5+ years post‑JD experience (2+ at a law firm), and a proven track record in high‑stakes negotiations and dispute resolution. Equity, PTO, parental leave, and a development stipend are offered.
