Job description
PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel - Commercial Transactions to join our Commercial Legal team in San Francisco. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS agreements with customers and partners and help shape contract templates and processes.
You will partner with sales, finance, security, and product teams to align terms with business needs, leveraging AI tools to speed cycles while safeguarding PagerDuty’s interests.
