Clay in San Francisco is looking for a Commercial Counsel to shape and scale our commercial legal frameworks as we continue rapid growth and international expansion.
You'll draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts, vendor agreements, partnerships, licenses, NDAs, and SaaS deals, partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, and HR to align legal risk with business goals while enabling speed.
