Job description
the company, based in New York, is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join the global Deal Desk within the Commercial Legal team. You will negotiate enterprise customer contracts and draft comprehensive negotiation playbooks while advising on contract interpretation and disputes.
This role requires 5+ years of legal experience, strong commercial contracting skills, and the ability to work across US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. You will travel to other offices and work from the New York office as needed.
