Job description
Synthesia is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our NYC-based Commercial Legal team. You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including SaaS licenses, data processing agreements, and NDAs, while advising on IP, privacy, and go-to-market strategies.
You will operate with independence, balancing business goals with risk, and help scale our legal processes across the Americas. Hybrid NYC/Austin location, competitive compensation and stock options.
