Job description
Lyten, Inc. is seeking its first Commercial Counsel to lead the company’s commercial contracting function across product groups including battery, concrete, composites and sensors.
You will draft, negotiate, and manage the full range of commercial agreements—supply, distribution, manufacturing, services, and vendor contracts—while aligning with Sales, Procurement, Product, and Engineering to accelerate deals and protect Lyten’s interests.
