Job description
Acxiom is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to operate as a senior contributor within the Legal team, with substantial autonomy to lead the company’s most complex commercial transactions. You will independently resolve sophisticated legal and commercial issues, balance risk with business objectives, and elevate matters to Legal leadership when warranted.
The role requires crafting practical negotiation strategies, advising senior stakeholders, and developing contracting standards and playbooks
