Job description
OPSWAT, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a Senior Commercial Counsel in Tampa Bay or Remote (US) to own high-value commercial negotiations and shape the legal foundation for rapid growth. You will partner with sales, product, and leadership to enable deals while protecting the company’s interests and customers.
You will bring a JD and 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity, with a proven ability to close complex deals and advise executives.
