SpaceX seeks a Commercial Counsel to enable procurement of critical goods and services across Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Facilities. This role provides legal reviews and solutions-based counseling across the US and internationally.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating long-term supply and non-disclosure agreements, assessing regulatory risk, and leading cross-functional legal support throughout the procurement lifecycle. Onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
