Job description
CaseCo in Purcellville, VA seeks a Commercial Estimator to produce accurate, defendable cost estimates for general contracting, design-build, and facilities management projects. You will translate plans into winning bids while nurturing client and subcontractor relationships through the bid process.
You will collaborate with VP Commercial & Federal, Pre-Construction Manager, and project teams to ensure accuracy at handoff and sustain pipeline capitalizing on opportunity across trades.
