Regeneron in Sleepy Hollow, NY, is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance to join our Commercial Finance Team to generate, analyze, track and disseminate revenue forecasts for neurology programs, and to provide insights on sales performance with oversight of brand P&L.
