Qualified candidates should have significant commercial lending and portfolio-management experience, a demonstrated record of business development, and strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis and loan structuring. The ideal candidate will possess sound judgment, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, a commitment to credit quality, and the leadership skills necessary to positively influence the lending team and the broader organization.
Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
