Job description
Gesa Credit Union seeks an AVP of Portland/Vancouver Commercial Lending to lead a team through credit, deposits, and cash management for member businesses. You'll drive growth, manage loan relationships, and ensure policy compliance while mentoring staff and coordinating with leadership.
You will oversee credit underwriting, policy adherence, and reporting, maintaining confidentiality and professional service to members across the Western Region.
