Senior Commercial Lines Account ManagerA growing, well-established insurance brokerage in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a large, high-volume real estate book of business. This is a client service and account management role focused on renewals, account execution, producer support, and team leadership. No production is required.The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial P&C professional who can independently manage complex accounts, lead renewals, work closely with producers, and provide guidance to developing service team members.What You'll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial real estate clientsManage day-to-day servicing, client requests, billing issues, claims coordination, and service calendar obligationsLead pre-renewal and renewal strategy discussionsReview coverage needs and prepare proposals, stewardship reports, and renewal presentationsNegotiate coverage, terms, conditions, and premiums with carriers and brokersSupport benchmarking, budgeting, loss analysis, property schedules, and Experience Mod reviews as neededManage complex real estate accounts, including multifamily, habitational, property management, mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial risksProvide guidance and delegation support to Client Service AssociatesHelp maintain structure, urgency, and quality across a fast-paced book of businessWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experienceActive Property & Casualty licenseStrong renewal and commercial P&C account management experienceExperience with both Property and Casualty coverageReal estate or complex property experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to independently manage a complex book of businessStrong client service, organization, communication, and negotiation skillsApplied Epic experience preferredCompensation & Benefits$110,000 - $120,000 base salaryAnnual bonus opportunityUnlimited PTOMedical, dental, and vision insuranceSafe Harbor 401(k) with a 3% employer contributionIn-house continuing educationClear growth pathTeam outings, events, and community outreach opportunitiesJob ID: #postGreg Lynch
