Senior Commercial Lines Account ManagerSoderberg Insurance Services is looking for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in Lynnfield, MA.Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - FridayPay Scale: $50,000- $75,000 a year depending on experienceResponsibilities:Manage a book of business of existing clientsDocument information in our internal client database (TAM)Assist with policy changes and cancellationsAssist with preparing quotes, and presenting quotes to clients/prospectsProcess client paymentsFollow-up on client paymentsWork directly with our Insurance carrier partners and clientsRequirements:Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working in commercial lines specifically for an independent insurance agencyAbility to prioritize your work everyday, and complete top priorities on-timeAbility to learn and adapt to technology quicklyOpen to receiving regular constructive feedback relating to your performanceMust have a very friendly, positive and upbeat personalityA true passion for providing outstanding customer service at all timesStrong tendency to always exceed expectationsSignificant ability to multi-task detailed and complex workExperience using Applied TAM would be a bonusThe passion for growing into a leadership positionJob Type: PermanentSalary: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
