Insurance experience necessary.Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.Professional Skills - Senior Account Managers are expected to set the standard in both success and culture.Responsibilities:Answer client's questions regarding payments and notices.Process endorsements for clients.Manage a diverse book of house accounts.Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.Support designated sales staff.Review and respond to renewal activities.Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.This is a full-time role. Experience and proper licensing are required.
