Offit Kurman, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks a senior commercial litigation attorney at the Counsel or Junior Partner level to join our Tysons Corner, VA or Bethesda, MD office.
This lead-litigator role involves taking over and running commercial litigation matters delegated by senior partners, serving as day-to-day lead counsel, supervising junior attorneys, and handling depositions, motions, and occasional trial work.
