Job description
Gibson Herod Law in Dallas seeks a seasoned Commercial Litigator (10–15 years) to manage high-stakes disputes, including breach of contract, construction, DTPA, and fraud. This role rewards performance with a direct compensation link.
This position requires autonomy with a high upside fee structure. You will oversee cases end-to-end, draft complex pleadings, lead depositions and trials, and negotiate assertively with opposing counsel. Texas Bar in good standing is required.
