Job description
Thomas Park Property Management is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of flex, retail, and medical assets. You will lead daily operations, build tenant and owner relationships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with policies and the management agreement.
Reporting to a Director of Property Management, the role requires 8+ years in commercial building management, strong budgeting, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Voyager.
