Job description
U.S. Bank seeks an experienced leader to drive resolution strategies for large, complex Commercial Real Estate problem loans. You will negotiate repayment agreements, monitor terms, and coordinate workout strategies with lenders and borrowers.
You will evaluate borrowers and collateral to identify recovery opportunities, mentor junior professionals, and stay current with insolvency and bankruptcy regulations. This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.
