Job description
Lantern in New York, NY, Hybrid (3x in office) is seeking a Senior Lead for Commercial Strategy & Operations to translate growth ambitions into the operating plan. You own the full planning and compensation cycle across the Commercial organization, defining quotas, coverage, and payout structures in collaboration with Finance and Field Operations.
