Job description
First American in Tampa, FL is seeking a Commercial Underwriting Counsel to join our growing team. This role provides underwriting support and guidance related to real estate title insurance commitments and policies.
You will underwrite within delegated authority, provide settlement services guidance, and issue underwriting standards in line with company processes. Requires 8–10 years of title underwriting experience and a Law Degree.
