Job description
Avalara is seeking a senior-level indirect tax analyst to join the Premium Returns for Communications team. You will own end-to-end filing for complex multi-jurisdiction returns and lead process improvements with a focus on AI-enabled workflows.
You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Professional Services to ensure compliant, efficient tax filings and mentor junior analysts. The role emphasizes self-direction, customer outcomes, and team excellence.
