Job description
Pratum Companies is seeking a General Manager for our Pueblo, Colorado community. You will oversee daily operations, lead onsite teams, ensure affordable housing program compliance, and manage budgets, rent collections, and reporting.
Ideal candidates have prior community/property management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with budgeting and property operations; Yardi experience is a plus. This exempt, full-time role includes benefits and growth opportunities.
