You will work closely with cross-functional peers to ensure operational excellence and strong occupancy, occupancy growth, and revenue management. ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performing property management team
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Manage property budgets and financial reporting; identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities
Oversee property operations, maintain occupancy and rental rate goals, conduct inspections and investor tours
Execute marketing programs, maintain property representation, and implement resident retention strategies
Key requirements3+ years of hands-on property management experience
Multifamily property experience required
Experience supervising teams is preferred
Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; knowledge of Yardi or similar PM software
Knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing laws
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Valid driver's license may be required
