What is Papa?
Papa is a service that connects caring individuals with older adults and families who are seeking non-medical support with everyday tasks and companionship.

- In-Home Support: Offer light non-medical assistance with daily tasks such as, tidying up, laundry, meal prep, and other light tasks.
- Errands: Accompany individuals on grocery runs, store pick-ups, and similar outings.
Why you should become a Papa Pal:
- Pay: Earn up to $22/hr* based on visit type and location (typical earnings range from $13-$17/hr with opportunities for bonuses)
- Flexibility: Choose which visits to accept and work when it fits your life
- Purpose: Start the year strong by making a lasting difference in someone’s life
