Job description
MFS is seeking a Compensation Analyst to lead and advise on compensation programs across the organization. You will serve as the primary intake point for requests, perform market pricing, job leveling, and analysis, and partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to address questions.
The role includes maintaining market data, supporting annual planning, and developing documentation and guidance to ensure governance and consistency across compensation activities.
